Terms of Service
Effective date: October 13, 2026
1. About TAWADUD
TAWADUD is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Mohammed Al-Obaido that helps businesses manage customer conversations, knowledge, AI-assisted responses, human handoff, analytics, and related support workflows.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using TAWADUD, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you use TAWADUD on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for managing access granted to members of your workspace.
4. Customer data and permitted use
You retain ownership of the data, content, documents, knowledge sources, and customer information that you submit to TAWADUD. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and use that data solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
You must have all rights and lawful bases required to provide data to TAWADUD, including personal data belonging to your customers or users.
5. AI-assisted features
TAWADUD may use artificial intelligence to generate or assist with responses. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for configuring your knowledge sources, reviewing important outputs, and deciding when human review is appropriate.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use TAWADUD to break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute malware or abusive content; attempt unauthorized access; probe or bypass security controls; disrupt the service; misrepresent identity; or use the platform in a way that creates unreasonable risk to TAWADUD, other customers, or third parties.
7. Subscriptions, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Paddle, which may act as merchant of record and handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, and related payment administration. Subscription changes, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the terms shown in the billing interface and our Refund Policy.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access to paid features may continue until then.
9. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep TAWADUD reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or product reasons.
10. Intellectual property
TAWADUD, including its software, design, trademarks, branding, and platform materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, material breaches of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service. Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAWADUD is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every AI output or integration will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
TAWADUD is operated by Mohammed Al-Obaido. For questions about these terms, use the support or contact channel made available through your TAWADUD account or website.
