Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 13, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how TAWADUD handles personal data when you visit gettawadud.com, create or use a TAWADUD account, interact with a TAWADUD-powered support widget, or otherwise use our services.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use TAWADUD, we may process account and profile information; workspace membership and roles; billing and subscription references; support conversations and contact details submitted through widgets; knowledge-base content; product usage and analytics information; security and authentication events; device, browser, IP, and request metadata; and communications you send to us.
Payment card details are generally collected and processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by TAWADUD.
3. How we use information
We use personal data to provide and operate TAWADUD; authenticate users; manage workspaces and subscriptions; deliver AI-assisted support features; process and route customer conversations; maintain security and prevent abuse; troubleshoot and improve the service; comply with legal obligations; and communicate about service, account, or security matters.
4. AI processing
When AI features are used, relevant conversation content and approved knowledge context may be sent to AI infrastructure to generate a response. We design TAWADUD to limit data sent to what is needed for the requested feature and apply workspace isolation and access controls around stored data.
5. Service providers
We use trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate TAWADUD. Depending on the feature, these may include Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for application hosting and delivery, OpenAI for AI processing, Paddle for payments and subscription administration, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare services for security or bot-protection functionality.
These providers process information under their own applicable privacy and security terms and only for purposes connected to delivering the relevant service.
6. Customer-controlled data
Business customers may upload or generate data relating to their own customers, users, or staff. For that information, the business customer is generally responsible for determining why the data is processed and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and local storage
TAWADUD may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences, and core product functionality. We may also use limited technical analytics needed to understand service reliability and usage.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary by data type. When data is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or otherwise securely dispose of it where reasonably possible.
9. Data security
TAWADUD uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including authenticated access controls, workspace isolation, role-based permissions, transport encryption, multi-factor authentication support, rate limiting, security logging, and restricted server-side privileges. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. International processing
Our service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual, legal, or technical safeguards for international processing.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. TAWADUD provides account-level export and deletion controls for supported account data, subject to workspace ownership, security, legal, and retention requirements.
12. Children's privacy
TAWADUD is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children where prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as our service, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
14. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the support or contact channel made available through your TAWADUD account or website. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request involving personal data.
